Good morning Disciple! Trust all is well with your soul and that you are experiencing the overflow of GOD’s LOVE, JOY, and PEACE in your life. We are KINGDOM citizens, and creation is waiting for the sons and daughters of GOD to manifest HIS PRESENCE. Are we building ourselves for that? When Jesus was traveling with HIS disciples in a boat, they encountered a sudden storm in the midst of the Sea of Galilee. Now, use a bit of your imagination to enjoy the drama that unfolded. The disciples were running around, yelling at the top of their voices. Fear gripped them, and in their minds they could already see their pictures in the obituary column of the “Jerusalem Times.” Of course, it was all in their imagination! If they had mobile phones, I’m sure they would have sent video or voice messages to their loved ones, bidding them farewell. However, the scene shifts to what Jesus was doing at that very moment. Hello Disciple! How are you doing? How is your spiritual and physical health keeping? A few days ago I took a complete body check up to evaluate my current health condition. Thanks be to GOD, the doc gave a thumbs up. All is well! In Revelation 3:13-18, the Ekklesia in Laodicea also took a SELF-DIAGNOSES of their spiritual condition,  themselves. They generated a GOOD REPORT, which said, as per  Revelation 3:17   1.I am rich,  2.have become wealthy,  3.and have need of nothing God looked at their report and dumped it in the bin - HE gave HIS report about them. It said: 1. You do not know that you are wretched, 2. miserable, 3. poor, 4. blind, 5. and naked  Who's REPORT will you believe? The greatest tragedy in life is not merely the trials or challenges we face, but living in self-deception . What does this teach us, disciples? Good morning Friend! I hope we have woken up this morning with life and energy to face a new day. That means, dear friend, we still have hope to live better today and to expect a better future. Be encouraged the world has not collapsed on us. So, take it easy! Chill! Often, we wake up to a new day with overwhelming feelings of sadness, loneliness, stress, or a sense of being stuck in our situation for a long time, unable to break free from it. My friend, most of us go through such seasons. We may FEEL TRAPPED and unable to “UNSTUCK” ourselves, so to speak, like walking through a dark tunnel with no light at the end. I once read an article written by a neurosurgeon who explained that feelings are essentially chemical events in the brain, they are not always facts. Yet, many of us tend to believe our feelings as the truth. Hello Disciple! Here we are on the first day of a new month—what a glorious opportunity we have over the next 30 days to grow better each day. In May, be bold, let your story be told—your future is brighter than gold. Beloved friend, your future is not defined by your past failures or mistakes or the situation you were born into or the wrong choices you have made. We are defined by the FUTURE that God has for us. You can be all that God desires you to be. But it all begins by CHANGING YOUR THINKING. Thoughts are powerful. Thoughts become real when we repeat them constantly in our minds. Many of us worry about so many things, and our worries can become our realities. That’s why the Scriptures command us not to worry or be anxious about anything. Do a “biopsy” of your mind—examine the thoughts you think repeatedly. Check to see whether they will help you or harm your future. Choose what you want.
