Staying Calm in the Storm: A Lesson from Isaiah 7:4
Isaiah 7:4 " Give him this message: ‘ Stay calm! Be quiet and guard your heart! Don’t panic or be discouraged over these two smoldering stubs of firewood, because of the rage of Rezin and Aram, the son of Remaliah .’" Good morning friend! It has been quite some time since I last posted on this blog. My intention was to continue the series on Renewing the Mind while also exploring other important topics along the way. Recently, as I was reading through the Book of Isaiah, seeking to glean the "gems" hidden within God's Word, I discovered numerous principles that are remarkably relevant for the situations we encounter in life. The context of the above v erse is that two kings, Rezin and Pekah had launched a campaign against Jerusalem.
