Awakening a New Yearning

Hello Disciple! How are you doing? Are you fervent for God like the summer heat? God desires for us to be on fire for Him. This fire is stirred when we wait in His presence every day. I trust you are taking time to SIT, SURRENDER, and BE TRANSFORMED daily. I love what King David says in Psalm 27:4 : “ I have asked one thing from the Lord… ”—not many things. As we read the entire verse, we discover what that ' one thing ' was. He longed for God’s presence above everything else. He desired to behold Him daily and to know Him more deeply . Dear Disciple, do we truly YEARN like that for the Lord— to be with Him , to behold Him , and to become like Him in His presence? May we ask ourselves, “What am I truly yearning for?” and answer that question honestly. Let the remainder of 2026 awaken a NEW YEARNING for HIM and HIS PRESENCE . Please share this post with others and feel free to  EMAIL  or  MESSAGE  me on WhatsApp. Shalom! (Scripture References: Psalm 27:4, Psalm 46:...

Sit, Surrender, and Be Transformed

Hey Good Morning Disciples, sons, daughters, Friends and Enemies! Trust you are visiting my blog to glean something from it every day. The purpose of reading God’s Word is for us to be transformed—not to be puffed up with theology or to prepare messages for others to hear. If you ask me, I will prefer to live out the Word and demonstrate it in my life (of course, that includes preaching and teaching when needed 😊). So, how are you today? If you are in Relationship with Jesus—spending time with Him throughout your day and immersed in His Word daily—then be assured your spiritual trajectory is toward transformation, guaranteed. Something happens to us when we sit in His presence—not as a once-in-a-while activity, but daily. In Psalm 46:10 , God says: “Surrender your anxiety to Me. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth.” My friends, do we take time every day to sit in His presence and surrender our anxious tho...

40-DAY CHALLENGE

James 5:17-18 "Elijah was a man with human frailties, just like all of us, but he prayed and received supernatural answers. Good Morning, Disciple, Here is a gentle reminder from the Word, from the book of James: the Lord is urging us to grow up and align our thinking to HIS, to expect supernatural answers to our prayers. Stop begging your Father and begin to live like His son. Like Elijah—an ordinary man like us, yet passionate and sincere in his prayers. Take up this 40-day challenge. Commit yourself to it. Write down your requests on a piece of paper and pray over them JUST ONCE on DAY 1, expecting supernatural answers. From the DAY 2 until DAY 40 THANK FATHER GOD for answering your prayers.  Also, begin to journal what you experience each day through this Prayer journey. One thing is certain: by the end of DAY 40 , your FAITH will skyrocket, you will fall in love with your FATHER's PRESENCE . Your FELLOWSHIP with HIM will move to a new level, and you will not be th...

Yield for Change

Good morning, Disciple! How marvelous to wake up to a brand-new day. Before us lies opportunities, open doors, possibilities and untapped potential to discover. Yes, today we have the opportunity to GROW and be TRANSFORMED in our minds and become a little BETTER than yesterday. We have the opportunities to REST in HIM and WALK like JESUS walked. Does not our heart long for more of this kind of LIFE? What can STOP us from living an ABUNDANT LIFE? An UNRENEWED MIND is the ROOT cause  of the kind of FRUIT we are bearing now. Romans 12:2. Is there any hope for us to CHANGE from bearing BAD FRUIT to GOOD FRUIT in our lives? YES, and a resounding YES.   Many of God's people want INSTANT TRANSFORMATION , like instant coffee. There is a FRUIT BEARING PROCESS. Like a branch that ABIDES on the Tree, we need to be rooted and committed to abide in GOD's method of TRANSFORMATION. This is the hard and committed journey we DISCIPLES have to take.  How do we actually Change f...

Supernatural Life

Greetings, Disciple! The temperatures seem to have dropped a bit after yesterday's sudden thundershowers. How cool is that—to have such weather in the middle of a hot summer? It almost looks supernatural! A disciple’s life is primarily a SUPERNATURAL LIFE ; that is the default position. Today, GOD, our Heavenly FATHER, wants to remind us to RENEW OUR MINDS to this kind of living. Do not imitate the patterns of the world, who primarily live by their physical senses—by what they feel, touch, hear and see. We walk by faith. Our Lord gives us a tip in HIS Word on how to kick-start this kind of life. How can we live a supernatural life? We cannot do it on our own, with our “great” intelligence or our own strength. However, our Lord JESUS has promised the HOLY SPIRIT to those who ask Him. This is what He said in Luke 11:13: "If imperfect parents know how to lovingly take care of their children and give them what they need, how much more will the perfect heavenly Father give the Ho...

Going Beyond Forgiveness

Hello Disciple, Good morning! Please Read Mark 2:1-12. If we have experienced the FORGIVENESS of our sins, then we have only tasted a small portion of GOD’s saving grace. We may choose to be fully satisfied with this and “stay there, rejoicing on the mat” for the rest of our lives. However, SALVATION is not limited to the FORGIVENESS of our sins only, It is only a DOORWAY to enter and enjoy our INHERITANCE in CHRIST—to “RISE and WALK HOME” so to speak. Sadly, the EKKLESIA today has largely focused only on FORGIVENESS. We have, in many ways, failed to teach and train God’s people to GET UP and GO BEYOND the DOOR—like the “religious Pharisees,” who did not partake and kept their followers in the 'dark' and restricted them with their manufactured “religious” doctrines (Matthew 23:13). Let not the limited, shallow, or narrow denominational perspectives STOP us from partaking in our full inheritance, which is available in CHRIST. If it is PROMISED in the WORD, then it belongs to ...

Become Who You Are

Hello Disciple, Good Morning! How are you keeping today? Let me say this at the start as a daily reminder: we are a special people, people of purpose, and our identity and self-worth are not derived from what we do, our failures, or what we have achieved in life. Our true identity is what God calls us. We are called His children; we are called righteous; we are forgiven; we are called saints; we are anointed; we are blessed; we are called sons of God; we are called a new creation, etc. This is our true identity in Christ. Read the Word and take a deep dive into our true identity. For too many years, we have ruminated on our failures of the past and the worries about the future and forgotten to meditate on our new identity in Christ. I know we have gone through a tough journey in life; as a result, we have built an understanding of who we are based on our experiences. Sadly, most of us are living out what we have nurtured in our minds. No matter how hard life may have been, we can star...
