Gratitude Changes Everything

Hello Friend,

Are you there? I was just wondering if you’ve had a chance to go through my blogs.

If we have woken up this morning and are able to move our hands and feet, it means we are alive—and that alone is a great blessing. Many did not wake up to see today, which means their opportunities to change, and grow have come to an end.

Let us be grateful to our Creator, if we believe in Him.

What I’ve noticed is that many of us fail to appreciate the little things in life. As a result, we develop an attitude of ingratitude. According to studies, ingratitude can stimulate the brain to produce harmful chemicals that negatively affect our physiological systems.

When we are INTENTIONAL to be THANKFUL in all circumstances, our Mind begins to stream signals to our BRAIN with INSTRUCTIONS to create NEW PATTERNS, PATHWAYS and a new HABIT of being THANKFUL. Our new HABIT enriches us personally and others in the circle of our influence. How Wonderfully we have been created! We have great HOPE for TRANSFORMATION.

No wonder the Scriptures encourages us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything—through prayer, with thanksgiving—to make our requests known to God.

Instead of being consumed by worry, unforgiveness, regret and bitterness, let us develop a habit of gratitude in all situations. Gratitude renews our minds, strengthens our relationships, enhances our cognitive abilities, and promotes overall well-being.

The Holy Bible reminds us that when our mind prospers, so does every area of our lives. Thanksgiving enlarges us spiritually; it shifts our focus from our problems to the ONE who can solve them.

So today, don’t forget to thank God—no matter what situation you are in—and also the wonderful people He has used to help you. Call 📞 them or Whatsapp them and express your gratitude sincerely, from your heart ❤️. You will surely notice the difference when this becomes your HABIT. Remember GRATITUDE CHANGES EVERYTHING.

By the way, THANK YOU for visiting my blog and spending your valuable few minutes reading this post.

That's it for now. See you all in my next post.

Shalom!
