Does our Thoughts come from our MIND or GUT?

Someone claimed the other day that human THOUGHTS are generated from our 'GUTS'.
Indeed, it takes a lot of GUTS to say that. WHY? Because the Word does not say that, neither has Science proved it. A very small groups of Scientists who were hard pressed to negate the Creation story came up with these 'absurd theories' that the GUT 'can' influence our emotions but could not prove what they claimed.

If we need to know about CREATION then we need to ask the CREATOR.
So, what does the WORD say about this matter?

My question to any DISCIPLE who believes this idea that the GUT is a THOUGHT generator, then please tell me where was the Richman's GUT when he went to hell? Looks like he was using his MIND out there to communicate with Abraham. Was his Rotting GUT on the earth sending THOUGHTS to his MIND? Read Luke 16:19-31. This 'rich-man's' MIND was alive and active in hell, we can know what his GUT condition was on the Earth.

I hope this one SCRIPTURE passage answers our Questions? The WORD has tons to say about our MIND.
Our MIND is part of our SOUL and not our GUT. We need to 'gut' this absurd idea immediately. 
The MIND is the part the DISCIPLE should FOCUS on. RENEWING our MIND is the KEY to our TRANSFORMATION. Romans 12:2.

Be anxious for nothing - FCRA or No FCRA

Hello Friend, Good Morning! How are you today? Have you been following the news? There is a lot of discussion among NGOs, many of whom seem anxious about what may be coming their way. Recently, I came across several news reports about the FCRA amendment bill, which has raised concern among many Christian NGOs. Some view it as a harsh or restrictive measure and feel targeted. At the same time, there could be valid reasons for the government to introduce such legislation. Can we deny that a small percentage of NGOs have failed to maintain financial integrity in running their institutions? In such cases, the violators should be held accountable and their licenses revoked. As the Bible says, “a little leaven leavens the whole lump.” Some unscrupulous NGOs have brought disgrace to the name of Christ. Do our gatherings truly HELP us?

Do our gatherings truly HELP us grow?   I have noticed  that more and more gatherings  these days, looks more like a  “ Sunday entertainment" center, it  is HARMING than  HELPING God's people from  becoming  ROCK SOLID DISCIPLES . Our meetings should not be just a place for a lot of TALK, Emotional SINGING and Fun , however it should be a place where we are STRENGTHENED, EMPOWERED AS DISCIPLES  and SENT OUT  to be effective witnesses. When a gathering does not have DISCIPLESHIP as its CORE MISSION , then it has already moved away from the Biblical BLUE-PRINT of the Ekklesia .  If you find yourself in such a place, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? The next best thing I can think of is to earnestly pray and look out for a fellowship which has Discipleship as one of its CORE pillars . That's it for now.
