Are Our Thoughts Tangible?

Many in Christendom rarely reflect on the power of thoughts. Because of this, the subject is often treated as insignificant. Yet Scripture places tremendous emphasis on what happens in our inner world, the spirit, soul and body interactions.

Our thoughts may not be visible objects, but they are real, tangible and powerful. Science now shows that thoughts that proceed from our Minds causes measurable electrical and chemical activity in the brain. What we repeatedly think literally creates pathways, influencing our emotions, decisions, and ultimately the direction of our lives. No wonder the WORD commands us to MEDITATE the scriptures. Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1.

Look at the creation story in the Book of Genesis. The worlds were created through the Word of God. Imagine the scene of creation: God first conceived creation with HIS THOUGHTS, and then He brought it into tangible existence by speaking it - “Let there be…”

What existed in the mind of God was released and became the material world through His Word.

We are created in the image of God. Because of this, our thoughts carry tremendous influence in shaping the direction of our lives. The thoughts we repeatedly entertain become the construction material of our character, habits, and destiny.

For this reason, God commands us to renew our minds. The natural thoughts that flow from our Unrenewed mind are often limited, fearful, or corrupted.
God invites us to replace them with His higher thoughts and truth.
When  TRUTH fills our inward parts, our thoughts begin to align with His purposes. And when our thinking changes, our lives begin to be TRANSFORMED as well.

Be anxious for nothing - FCRA or No FCRA

Hello Friend, Good Morning! How are you today? Have you been following the news? There is a lot of discussion among NGOs, many of whom seem anxious about what may be coming their way. Recently, I came across several news reports about the FCRA amendment bill, which has raised concern among many Christian NGOs. Some view it as a harsh or restrictive measure and feel targeted. At the same time, there could be valid reasons for the government to introduce such legislation. Can we deny that a small percentage of NGOs have failed to maintain financial integrity in running their institutions? In such cases, the violators should be held accountable and their licenses revoked. As the Bible says, “a little leaven leavens the whole lump.” Some unscrupulous NGOs have brought disgrace to the name of Christ. Do our gatherings truly HELP us?

Do our gatherings truly HELP us grow?   I have noticed  that more and more gatherings  these days, looks more like a  “ Sunday entertainment" center, it  is HARMING than  HELPING God's people from  becoming  ROCK SOLID DISCIPLES . Our meetings should not be just a place for a lot of TALK, Emotional SINGING and Fun , however it should be a place where we are STRENGTHENED, EMPOWERED AS DISCIPLES  and SENT OUT  to be effective witnesses. When a gathering does not have DISCIPLESHIP as its CORE MISSION , then it has already moved away from the Biblical BLUE-PRINT of the Ekklesia .  If you find yourself in such a place, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? The next best thing I can think of is to earnestly pray and look out for a fellowship which has Discipleship as one of its CORE pillars . That's it for now.
